An Employee's Responsibility

Sexual Harassment—Awareness, Perception & Prevention

This program focuses on building awareness of the various forms of sexual harassment, how these behaviors can be perceived as unwelcome and unlawful behavior, and what employees can do to prevent sexually suggestive behavior in the workplace.

Program length 21 minutes
Topics: Sexual Harassment, Harassment

An Employees Responsibility features 10 subtle sexual harassment vignettes and explores the question of welcomeness, appropriateness, and the critical dos and donts in preventing sexual harassment in the workplace. Each vignette demonstrates a questionable situation and features both the alleged harassers and alleged victims perspective. An HR Consultant, Attorney at Law, and two employees discuss each situation and provide insight into stopping sexual harassment in the workplace. At the conclusion of each video, the vignettes are replayed without the narrative, providing trainers with the ability to create customized programs and lead discussions tailored to meet the needs of their distinct audiences.
