Violation of the Hazard Communications OSHA Standard is the most commonly cited standard, primarily for lack of a written HAZCOM program and providing HAZCOM training to all employees. The program is designed to provide the most updated information about HAZCOM and perhaps identify some of the areas where more work needs to be accomplished. In 2010, OSHA had considered updating and improving HAZCOM compliance. This training program will help meet these new requirements as well as currently enforced regulations. Topics included in the safety video are: Right To Know, physical hazards, health hazard, material safety data sheets (MSDS), labels and labeling, training and information, shipping and receiving and personal protection.
