Previews

Free previews are for purchase or rental consideration only and cannot be used for training purposes. Preview videos are exactly the same as the purchase or rental versions in length and content; they are the full-length, complete program. The one difference is that they contain a sub-title that indicates the preview policy, stating that the program is for evaluation only. Previews have a 30-day preview period indicated on the packing slip. For extended preview periods, please call and we'll be happy to extend your preview.

Rentals

Rentals have a 7 and/or 30-day rental period with consideration for returning the program(s). All rentals will be applied to purchase of the same product within 60 days. For example, if a program is rented for $200 and 60 days later the same program that sells for $595 is purchased; the cost is $395.

Discounts

We offer volume and organization discounts online. Most programs are 10%-30% off for educational, government, and non-profit organizations. Training consultants receive discounts on many programs as well. If you prefer to shop over the phone, our training representatives will figure your discounts for you.

Shipping and Tax

Advanced Training Source makes every effort to send your product at the least expensive way. Most orders are sent UPS/Ground. To waive shipping charges, please select ground. Shipping charges apply only to shipping methods other than ground. If an order is placed by 2 PM, it will be processed and shipped same day, so if something is needed next day, select next day air and place order by 2 PM Central Standard Time and we guarantee delivery by 12 PM the next day. Illinois residents pay 10.25% sales tax.

Special Bids and Quotes

Please include Advanced Training Source on your bid list. For large volume purchases, E-mail, telephone, fax or mail your quote. Please allow us at least 6 hours by E-mail or fax and seven (7) days if your quote must be sent via mail.
