Respect at Work: A Sense of Belonging for Managers is an effective, interactive program that stresses the importance of a workplace that encourages respect and civility, and makes employees feel wanted and welcome. It points out that managers and supervisors are in the best position to ensure that everyone feels they matter and belong.
